01. What type of photography do you specialize in?
I specialize in lifestyle photography—capturing real, candid moments that reflect your connection and personality. I focus on family, maternity, and couples sessions in the beautiful Southwest Florida area.
02. Where are you located?
I’m based in Southwest Florida (SWFL) and serve areas including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Sarasota etc... I’m always happy to chat about travel options, too!
03. What is lifestyle photography?
Lifestyle photography is about storytelling. It’s less about stiff poses and more about natural interactions, emotions, and real-life moments—whether it’s snuggling with your kids, laughing with your partner, or simply being yourselves in a beautiful setting.
04. When will I receive my photos?
Your edited digital gallery will be delivered within 3-5 weeks after your session. I’ll send you a private link where you can download, share, and print your photos. Wedding/elopement galleries will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
05. What if it rains?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. I always keep an eye on the forecast and stay flexible when needed—this is Florida, after all!
06. How do I book a session?
You can book and send an inquiry through my website or contact me at laveliphotography@gmail.com and/or 989.390.9695. Once we choose a date and time, I’ll send a simple contract and invoice to hold your spot.
07. Payment Policy
The balance of your session investment is due no later than 2 days before your scheduled session. For weddings/elopements investment is due 2 weeks before scheduled session date. If payment is not received by then, your session will be forfeited, and any deposit made will be non-refundable. This ensures I can reserve your date and give every client the best experience possible. Thanks so much for understanding!
08. Deposits
To secure your wedding or session date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on the package or session you choose. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your date is officially reserved! The remaining balance is due according to the signed contract agreement date. This ensures your spot is held and allows me to focus on capturing your memories without worry.
09. Travel Fees
Sessions taking place between Venice Beach south to Naples Pier, and east to Lehigh Acres are included in your session price.
Locations outside of this service area will incur a $25 travel fee plus $0.75 per mile (round trip) to cover travel time, gas, and vehicle expenses.
If you’re unsure whether your location falls within the included area, feel free to reach out before booking.
10. Payments Accepted
I accept Cash App, Apple Cash, Zelle, and PayPal.
Credit and debit card payments are also accepted; however, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions.
11. Safety & Hygiene Measures for Lifestyle Newborn Session
The safety and comfort of your baby is my top priority. Before every newborn session, I thoroughly sanitize all equipment using a 90% alcohol solution and professional-grade cleaners to ensure a clean and safe environment.
During sessions, I wear protective equipment such as gloves and, when appropriate, a mask to help keep your little one comfortable and protected. I will never attend a session if I am feeling unwell — in that case, your session will be rescheduled to protect your family’s health.
